- MT (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) with at least 60% marks.
- MT (Law): Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized University.

- Office Assistant Gr-III: Graduate in any discipline + Computer Application knowledge.

- Likely 21 to 32 Years (Relaxation for SC/ST/SEBC/Women/PwD as per Odisha Govt rules).
