1. Domicile Requirement
The candidate must be a Domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir. Candidates must possess a valid Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed format on or before the cut-off date.

⚔️ Scheme of Selection
- 🔸 Written Examination: The selection will be made in terms of Rule 43(ii) of the J&K Public Service Commission (Business and Procedure) Rules, 2021.
- 🔸 Centres of Examination: The examination will be held at Srinagar and Jammu Centers.
- 🔸 Syllabus: The syllabus for the post is available on the official website of the Commission (www.jkpsc.nic.in).
- 🔸 Admit Cards: Admit cards will be available for download from the official website. No separate call letters will be sent by post.
- 🔸 Result: The Commission has the sole discretion to allot exam centres.
📝 How to Apply Online?
Candidates are required to apply online through the website of the Commission. No other means/mode of application will be accepted.
- One Time Registration (OTR): Applicants must first register on the JKPSC website www.jkpsc.nic.in through the One Time Registration link. Candidates who have already registered can update their profile if needed.
- Login: After OTR, login using your username and password. Go to the “Recruitment” menu and click on “Jobs/Online Application”.
- Apply: Click on the “APPLY” button against the post of Assistant Floriculture Officer. Review your details carefully.
- Submit: Click “SUBMIT”. Once submitted, no changes can be made (except during the edit window).
- Pay Fee: Proceed to the “Fee” menu and pay the requisite fee online. Applications without fee payment will be rejected.

⚠️ Action Against Misconduct
Candidates advised that they should not furnish any particulars that are false or suppress any material information. If a candidate is found guilty of misconduct (impersonation, submitting fabricated documents, making false statements, etc.), they may be:
- Disqualified from the selection process.
- Debarred either permanently or for a specific period from any examination/selection held by the Commission.
- Liable for criminal prosecution.
NOTE: The Commission shall not be responsible for any delay in the submission of the online application form due to technical reasons.
