🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- ⭐ Educational Qualification: Must possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or equivalent from a recognized university.
- ⭐ Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in operation of Computers (Word Processing and Spread Sheets) is mandatory.
- ⭐ Age Limit (Direct Posts): 18 to 30 Years as on 10/03/2026.
- ⭐ Age Limit (Departmental): 18 to 35 Years as on 10/03/2026.
✔ SC/ST/BC of Punjab, Haryana, UT Chandigarh: 03 Years
✔ PwD (Lower Limb/Low Vision): 10 Years
✔ ESM: Defence Service + 3 Years
✔ Departmental Service: Length of service up to max 5 years relaxation.
⚔️ Selection Process
The selection consists of following stages:
- Word Processing / Transcription Test:
• Dictation: English Shorthand at a speed of 80 w.p.m. (05 Minutes duration).
• Transcription: On computer at a speed of 20 w.p.m.
• Criteria: Candidates committing more than 4% mistakes will be disqualified. - Spread Sheets Test (10 Marks):
• This test is Qualifying in nature.
• Duration: 10 Minutes.
• Qualifying Marks: 40% (4 Marks out of 10). - Testimonial Checking: Candidates qualified in the above tests will be called for document verification via SMS/Email.
