🎓 Detailed Eligibility Criteria
1. Associate Managers (Civil/Electrical/IT):
- Civil/Electrical: Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering (UGC/AICTE recognized) with min 60% marks.
- IT/System Analyst: B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT/Electronics) or MCA/M.Sc (CS/IT) from a recognized University.
- Experience: Minimum 08 years relevant experience, including 04 years in Pay Level 06 or equivalent.
2. Assistant Managers (Civil/MEP):
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (min 55% marks) or 3-year Diploma (min 60% marks) in Civil or MEP Engineering.
- Experience: Qualifying degree + 02 years experience for Degree holders; Degree + 04 years in Level 04 for Diploma holders.
3. Hindi Translators (Senior/Junior):
- Qualification: Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a subject or vice versa.
- Experience: Min 02 years experience in translation work from English to Hindi and vice-versa in Govt/Autonomous bodies.
⚔️ Selection Methodology
- ✅ Screening: A Screening Committee will shortlist candidates based on experience and academic merit.
- ✅ Written/Skill Test: Shortlisted candidates may be called for a Written Test or Skill Test (e.g., Computer Test for Engineers, Translation Test for Translators).
- ✅ Personal Interview: Final selection will be based on an interview for Group ‘A’ equivalent posts.
- ✅ Documents: Verification of original mark sheets, experience certificates, and NOC (for current employees) is mandatory at the time of interview.
Note: The Institute reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates for written test/interview to a maximum of 5 candidates per post.
