- Selection Methodology: The selection process is extremely straightforward. It is based purely on a “First Come First Serve” basis among eligible candidates who report at the venue with all complete documents.
- No Employment Obligation: After the successful completion of the 1-year Apprenticeship Training, the contract will be officially terminated. There will be absolutely no obligation on the part of HAL to offer permanent or temporary employment to the apprentices.
- No TA/DA: No Traveling Allowance or Dearness Allowance will be paid to the candidates attending the walk-in selection.

Before attending the walk-in, aspiring candidates MUST register themselves as a “STUDENT” on the official National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal: www.mhrdnats.gov.in (now nats.education.gov.in). You must bring a printed copy of the NATS registration form to the venue.
