The Technical Training Institute, HAL Bangalore is organizing a mega Walk-in Selection Drive to engage Non-Engineering Graduates for an exhaustive one-year Apprenticeship Training program.

This recruitment drive is specifically targeted at the MARCH-2026 Batch under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) administered by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BoAT), Southern Region. Fresh graduates holding degrees in BA, B.Com, and BBA (passed on or after 01/04/2021) are highly encouraged to attend this walk-in selection. Only candidates possessing degrees in the specifically mentioned disciplines are eligible to attend the walk-in drive.

Candidates must ensure they fulfill all conditions listed below before traveling for the walk-in selection. Any deviation will result in immediate disqualification.

✅ Who CAN Apply:

• Candidate must have passed their BA / B.Com / BBA Degree in the specifically mentioned subjects.
• The candidate must possess the Degree from a recognized University in India.
• Passing Year Criteria: The candidate must have passed their degree ON or AFTER 01/04/2021.

🚫 Who CANNOT Apply (Disqualifications):

• Candidates who passed their degree before 01st April 2021 are strictly NOT eligible.
• Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship Act elsewhere are NOT eligible.
• Candidates who have already registered a NATS contract with any other organization are NOT eligible.
• Candidates possessing work experience of one year or more are strictly NOT eligible to apply.

⚖️ Crucial Terms of Engagement

• Selection Methodology: The selection process is extremely straightforward. It is based purely on a “First Come First Serve” basis among eligible candidates who report at the venue with all complete documents.
• No Employment Obligation: After the successful completion of the 1-year Apprenticeship Training, the contract will be officially terminated. There will be absolutely no obligation on the part of HAL to offer permanent or temporary employment to the apprentices.
• No TA/DA: No Traveling Allowance or Dearness Allowance will be paid to the candidates attending the walk-in selection.
• Canvassing: Canvassing in any form will result in immediate disqualification from the selection process.

📁 Step 2: Prepare Document File (Bring Originals + 1 Set Photocopy)

Candidates shall report to the venue carrying the following ORIGINAL documents, along with ONE SET of self-attested photocopies, and TWO passport-size color photographs:

1. 10th / SSC / SSLC Marksheet (For Date of Birth and basic qualification proof).
2. Degree Certificate OR Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC) of BA/B.Com/BBA.
3. All Semester Marksheets: Original marksheets from 1st to 6th semester (or all years).
4. CGPA Conversion Formula: In case your marks are in GPS/CGPA format, you must bring the official University guidelines/certificate for converting GPA/CGPA to Percentage.
5. Category Certificate: Reserved category applicants must produce a valid Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) or PWD Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed government format.
6. NATS Profile: A printed copy containing the details of your registration on the NATS portal.
