Candidates must strictly fulfill the educational, technical, and age requirements listed below to be considered for the Data Entry Operator position at the ECI.

Step-by-Step Procedure:

1. Print the Form: Download the official PDF notification. Print the Registration Form attached at the end of the PDF (Page 4 & 5).
2. Fill in Capital Letters: Fill out the application form completely using a blue/black pen. Only use CAPITAL LETTERS.
3. Attach Photograph: Paste a recent passport-size color photograph in the designated box on the top right.
4. Prepare Demand Draft: Get a Demand Draft of Rs. 295/- (if applicable) in favor of “Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Ltd, Noida”. Note down the DD number, Date, and Fee amount on the top of the form.
5. Gather Documents: Prepare a bundle of Self-Attested Photocopies of all required documents (See checklist below).
6. Prepare the Envelope: Place the filled form, DD (if applicable), and all self-attested document copies inside a sturdy envelope.
