🎓 Detailed Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess ANY ONE of the following Master’s Degree combinations:
- ✅ 1. Master’s Degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR
- ✅ 2. Master’s Degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR
- ✅ 3. Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR
- ✅ 4. Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR
- ✅ 5. Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at the degree level.
AND (Mandatory Experience / Diploma):
Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa OR Two (02) years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government Office, including Government of India Undertakings.
🌟 Desirable Qualification:
Knowledge of Hindi and English Typing, Diploma in Computer Applications, and fundamental knowledge of MS Office will be given preference.
⚙️ Nature of Duties (कार्यप्रणाली)
- Translating official documents from Hindi to English and English to Hindi.
- Typing of translated and official work in the required target languages.
- Organizing quarterly meetings of the Hindi Committee and preparing quarterly reports.
- Assisting in the organization and execution of ‘Hindi Pakhwada’ (Hindi Fortnight) events.
- Ensuring 100% translation of all official correspondence into Hindi as per regulations.
- Promoting the usage of Hindi within the institute and creating new programs for its advancement.
- Ensuring timely submission of Hindi reports to the Headquarters and online portals.
