📌 Recruitment Notification Details

The Aeronautical Development Establishment (ADE), Bengaluru, a premier laboratory under the Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has released an official notification (Advt No. ADE/HRD/01/2026). ADE invites applications from meritorious Indian Nationals for the award of Research Fellowships, specifically Research Associate (RA) and Junior Research Fellow (JRF).

There are a total of 08 Vacancies distributed across various engineering disciplines including Aeronautical, Mechanical, Computer Science, and Electronics & Communication. Interested candidates must submit their duly filled applications along with all required documents as a Single PDF file via Email strictly between 04 March 2026 and 24 March 2026. 📅 Important Dates & Schedule

For Junior Research Fellow (JRF):

All applicants possessing the essential qualifications (Sl No. 3 to 6) and who have successfully submitted the email application by the closing date may directly report for the selection process. A Screening Test will be conducted on 07 Apr 2026 (Tuesday) if the number of candidates is high. Only shortlisted candidates from the screening test will undergo the personal interview. The interview may span over two days (07 & 08 April 2026), so candidates must come prepared for an overnight stay.

For Research Associate (RA):

Candidates applying for RA vacancies will be pre-screened based on their applications. Shortlisted candidates will be exclusively informed via email by 31 March 2026 to attend the direct interview on 09 Apr 2026 (Thursday).

📍 Interview Venue & Gate Entry Protocol:

Venue: ADE, DRDO, Raman Gate, Suranjandas Road, New Thippasandra Post, Bengaluru – 560075.

• Candidates will be permitted entry strictly through the Raman Gate only.
• Reporting Time: Between 08:00 Hrs to 08:30 Hrs (Latecomers will NOT be allowed).
• Entry is permitted only upon producing an Original Valid Government ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, etc.).
• 🚫 Strict Ban: Electronic items, mobile phones, smartwatches, pen drives, laptops, and CDs are STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the DRDO campus.

📝 How to Apply? (Strict Email Procedure)

Interested and eligible candidates must strictly follow these instructions to apply. Incomplete or incorrectly formatted applications will be rejected outright.

1. Download the Form: Download the official PDF notification from the link given below. The blank Application Form is available on Page 4 of the PDF.
2. Fill the Application: Print the form and fill it completely in your own handwriting using CAPITAL LETTERS. Affix a recent passport-size photograph.
3. Prepare Documents: Gather the following documents in the exact order mentioned below:
   • a. Duly filled & signed application form.
   • b. 10th Certificate & Mark sheet.
   • c. 12th Certificate & Mark sheet.
   • d. BE/B.Tech Final Certificate and Consolidated Mark sheet.
   • e. ME/M.Tech Certificate and Mark sheet (if applicable).
   • f. PhD Certificate (for RA applicants).
   • g. Valid GATE Score Card (Crucial for JRF B.Tech applicants).
   • h. Aadhar Card/Any Govt Photo ID card.
   • i. Experience Certificate (if applicable).
   • j. Caste Certificate (if applicable).
   • k. NOC from present employer (if working in Govt/PSU).
4. Create a Single PDF: Scan all the above documents into ONE single PDF file. The application form MUST be the first page.
5. Name the PDF File Correctly: The PDF name should start with the Sl. No. of the post followed by your Name.
   Example: If Suresh is applying for JRF Aeronautical (Sl. No. 3), the file name should be 3Suresh.pdf.
6. Send the Email: Email the single PDF file to anjanaur.ade@gov.in on or before 24th March 2026 (Tuesday).
7. ⚠️ Document Verification: Candidates MUST bring the Original Application form and all Original Certificates along with one set of self-attested photocopies on the day of the interview.
