- 🎓 Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree and at least 10 years of relevant work experience, including 3 years in roles involving technology.
- 👨💼 Leadership: At least 3 years of managerial supervision with a demonstrated ability to supervise large teams (AI experts, analysts, project managers).
- 🤖 Technical Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of artificial intelligence systems and Article 44-B of the General Business Law.
- ⚙️ Project Management: Experience designing or implementing programs, defining processes, and coordinating across IT and other teams.
- 🗣️ Communication: Strong written, oral communication, analytical, and management skills.
