Sports Authority of India (SAI), an autonomous body under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, has released a notification for the Direct Recruitment of 48 Performance Analysts (Group B) on a Regular Basis. Vacancies are available in 7 distinct Sports Science disciplines including Physiotherapy, Strength & Conditioning, Physiology, Psychology, and more. Selected candidates will be posted at National Centres of Excellence (NCOEs) across India. - Desirable: 1 Year Experience in Sports Physiotherapy.
2. Physiology
- Bachelor’s OR Master’s Degree in Medical Physiology / Human Physiology / Sports Physiology / Biological Sciences (CBZ).
- Desirable: 1 Year Experience in Sports Physiology.
3. Psychology
- Bachelor’s OR Master’s Degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Sports Psychology.
- Desirable: 1 Year Experience in Sports Psychology.
4. Strength & Conditioning
- Bachelor’s OR Master’s Degree in Sports Science / Sports Coaching / Physical Education PLUS Certification in Strength & Conditioning (CSCS/ASCA/UKSCA/NSNIS Diploma etc.).
- Desirable: 1 Year Experience.
5. Nutrition
- Bachelor’s OR Master’s Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics / Food Science / Sports Nutrition / Home Science.
- Desirable: 1 Year Experience in Sports Nutrition.
6. Biomechanics
- Bachelor’s OR Master’s Degree in Biomechanics / Sports Biomechanics / Kinesiology / Biophysics / Biomedical Engineering.
- Desirable: 1 Year Experience.
7. Anthropometry
- Bachelor’s OR Master’s Degree in Anthropology / Human Biology.
