⚔️ Selection Methodology
Selection will be based on Merit calculated as follows:
- 📌 For ITI Trades: 30% weightage to ITI marks + 70% weightage to 10th Board marks.
- 📌 For 10th Pass Trades (Blaster/Driver): 100% weightage to 10th Board marks.
- 📌 Tie-Breaking: Candidate with higher age will be preferred.
