- 👩 Marital Status: Preferably Married / Widow / Divorced / Separated.
- 🎂 Age Limit: Preferably between 25 to 45 Years.
- 🎓 Education: Minimum 10th Class (SSC) Pass. (Can be relaxed if no suitable candidate is available in Tribal Areas).
- 🗣️ Skills: Effective communication, leadership qualities, and ability to reach out to the community.
