Candidates must fulfill ONE of the following criteria: ✅ General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) PLUS Diploma in Oncology Nursing. OR ✅ Basic or Post-Basic B.Sc (Nursing). OR ✅ General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) PLUS 2 years experience in a minimum 50-bedded Hospital after acquiring the qualification. Mandatory Requirement: The candidate MUST be registered with the Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing Council. |

🔹 Maximum Age: 35 Years (as on the closing date of advertisement). 🔹 Age Relaxation: Relaxation of age equivalent to the years of experience after essential criteria will be given to candidates having higher experience. |
💰 Remuneration & Benefits
- 📌 Monthly Salary: Selected candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration of ₹30,000/- Per Month.
- 📌 Additional Benefits: Salary will be paid through the Outsourcing Agency. PF, ESIC, and other Statutory benefits will also be paid as applicable.
- 📌 Duration: Engagement is initially for up to 1 year, with possible extensions based on Institute requirements and candidate performance.

⚔️ Selection Process
- 📌 Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience. Mere fulfillment of criteria does not guarantee a call for selection.
- 📌 Screening Committee: All recruitment will be done on the recommendations of the duly constituted Screening Committee and Selection Committees.
- 📌 Final Selection: The Director, CNCI holds the competent authority to finalize the engagement. No TA/DA will be provided to attend the selection process.
