🎓 Qualification & Age Limit
1. Educational Qualification:
- ✅ Engineering Disciplines: Degree in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech) in relevant branch (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Naval Architecture, Safety) with minimum 65% marks.
- ✅ Finance: Pass in Final examination of CA / ICWA (CMA).
- ✅ Human Resource: Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with HR specialization OR PG Degree in Social Work / Personnel Management (Min 65%).
2. Age Limit (As on 20.02.2026):
- 🔹 Maximum Age: 27 Years (Born on or after 21.02.1999).
- Relaxation: OBC (3 Yrs), SC/ST (5 Yrs), PwBD (10 Yrs).
⚔️ Selection Process
- 📌 Phase I (Online Test):
• 60 Marks | 60 Minutes.
• General Awareness, English, Numerical, Reasoning (20 Marks) + Subject Based (40 Marks). - 📌 Phase II:
• Group Discussion (10 Marks).
• Writing Skills (10 Marks).
• Personal Interview (20 Marks). - 📌 Final Selection: Based on Total Marks (Phase I + Phase II = 100 Marks).
