💰 Salary & Contract Terms
- 💵 Remuneration: Fixed Monthly Amount = (Last Basic Pay Drawn – Basic Pension).
- 🚕 Transport Allowance: Fixed amount as per entitlement at the time of retirement.
- 🏠 HRA/DA: No DA or HRA shall be paid.
- ⏳ Duration: Initially for 1 Year (Extendable up to 4 more years or age of 65 years).
- 🌴 Leave: 1.5 days of paid leave for each completed month of service.

- Personal Interaction: Assessment of suitability.
- Medical Fitness: Must be medically fit for the tenure.
