🛠️ Job Responsibilities & Duties
The CNC Machine Operator Sr will perform a variety of complex machining tasks. Key responsibilities include:

| CNC Setup & Operation |
• Mount, secure, and indicate fixtures and workpieces on machines. • Select and install appropriate cutting tools. • Load control media (G-code/disk) and enter programming commands. • Calculate and set spindle speed, cutting depth, and feed rates. |
| Precision Inspection |
• Verify workpiece conformance to specifications using height gages, surface plates, micrometers, calipers, and gage pins. • Establish offsets and perform preliminary dry runs to ensure accuracy. |
| Manual Machining |
• Operate manual mills to perform secondary operations such as reaming and countersinking holes. • Monitor machine displays, coolant flow, and general operation. |

- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience with CNC equipment in a manufacturing environment (3+ years preferred for Sr level).
