📚 Essential Educational Qualifications

- ✅ Option 2: Must possess a 2nd Mate Foreign Going (FG) Certificate of Competency.
- ✅ Note: Other Officers of HDC with B.Sc (Nautical Science) qualification may also be considered.

- 🔸 Maximum Age: 25 Years.
- 🔸 OBC (NCL) Relaxation: 3 Years (Upper age limit 28 years).
- 🔸 Departmental Candidates (Major Ports): Relaxation up to 55 years.
