Professional Experience	✅ Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in: Campus Recruitment / Career Services HR or Corporate Relations Student Counselling or Training Industry-Academia Liaison
Preferred Skills	• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Networking and corporate liaison capabilities. • Proficiency in data management tools (Excel, ERP, placement portals). • Event planning and coordination. • Familiarity with resume writing and interview preparation.
Age Limit	Not more than 65 Years.

📋 Job Description & Responsibilities

• 📌 Career Guidance: Provide guidance to students for careers in national/international organizations and higher education.
• 📌 Campus Placement: Handle all facets of campus placements, including contacting companies, arranging tests/GDs, and conducting interviews.
• 📌 Skill Development: Profile students based on standard tests and provide guidance/training with internal faculty.
• 📌 Networking: Augment companies for campus recruitment and leverage social media to network with employers.
• 📌 Data Management: Use software tools for placement data collection, storage, and analysis.

💰 Salary & Tenure

• 💵 Remuneration: Up to ₹ 50,000/- consolidated per month (Based on qualification and experience).
• 👴 For Retired Employees: Salary will be as per Government of India (GOI) norms.
• ⏳ Term: Initial engagement for 6 months, extendable based on satisfactory performance.
