1. Selection Methodology
Selection will be made purely on the basis of performance in the Written Test / Skill Test to be held by the Institute. The detailed pattern and syllabus for these tests will be uploaded on the official IITG website at a later date. Mere fulfilling the eligibility conditions does not guarantee shortlisting. The Institute reserves the right to set higher suitable criteria for shortlisting candidates if a large number of applications are received.
2. General Terms & Conditions
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must bring all original documents during the selection process for verification.
- Caste Certificates: Reserved category candidates must upload the latest Caste Certificate. OBC(NCL)/EWS candidates must ensure their certificate is not more than one year old from the closing date of application, issued in the prescribed Govt. of India format.
- False Information: If any submitted information or document is found to be fake or the candidate has an undesirable background, their candidature/appointment will be terminated forthwith.
- No TA/DA: No travelling allowance (TA) or dearness allowance (DA) shall be paid to the candidates called for the written test/skill test.
- Application Alterations: Once submitted, the application cannot be altered or resubmitted under any circumstances.

Persons already in regular service in Govt./PSU must upload a No Objection Certificate (NOC) along with the application form.
