Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Pipelines Division, has released notification (No. PL/HR/ESTB/APPR (2025)-2) for the engagement of 394 Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Opportunities are available for Technician Apprentices (Diploma), Trade Apprentices (ITI/Degree), and Data Entry Operators (12th Pass) across Eastern, Western, Northern, Southern, and South Eastern Region Pipelines. 🎓 Qualification Criteria
1. Technician Apprentice (Diploma)
- Mechanical: 3 Years Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engg.
- Electrical: 3 Years Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engg.
- T&I: 3 Years Diploma in Electronics & Communication / Telecommunication / Instrumentation Engg.
2. Trade Apprentice (Degree/ITI)
- Assistant HR: Full Time Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) from Govt recognized Institute.
- Accountant: Full Time Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in Commerce (B.Com).
3. Data Entry Operator (DEO)
- Fresher: Minimum 12th Pass (but below Graduate).
- Skill Certificate Holder: Minimum 12th Pass + ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator’ Skill Certificate.
🎂 Age Limit (As on 31.01.2026)
- 🔹 Minimum: 18 Years
- 🔹 Maximum: 24 Years
- Relaxation: SC/ST (5 Yrs), OBC (3 Yrs), PwBD (10 Yrs).
⚔️ Selection Process
- ✅ No Written Test / Interview.
- ✅ Selection based on Merit List prepared from marks obtained in the qualifying exam (Diploma/Degree/12th).

- Technician Apprentice: Register at nats.education.gov.in
- Trade Apprentice (HR/Accountant): Register at nats.education.gov.in
- Trade Apprentice (DEO): Register at apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
- Step 2 (Apply to IOCL): Visit plapps.indianoilpipelines.in.
- Step 3: Fill the online form using NATS/NAPS Registration Number.
- Step 4: Upload scanned photo, signature, and documents.
- Step 5: Submit and take a printout.
