📝 Application & Interview Procedure
Candidates must complete both online and offline steps before appearing for the interview:
- Step 1: Download Form & Check Eligibility: Scan the first QR Code in the official notification to download the Application Form (to be printed) and check the detailed eligibility criteria.
- Step 2: Online Registration: Scan the second QR Code to fill the mandatory Online Registration Form (Google Form) before the interview date.
- Step 3: Prepare Documents: Bring the printed and filled application form, all original educational/experience certificates, one set of self-attested photocopies, and recent passport-size photographs.
- Step 4: Attend Interview: Report to the correct Kendriya Vidyalaya venue (as per the table above) on 23/02/2026. Registration will be from 08:00 AM to 10:30 AM only.
🎓 Detailed Eligibility Criteria (As per KVS Norms)
PGT (Post Graduate Teacher)
Essential: 1. Two Year Integrated Post Graduate M.Sc Course OR Master’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the relevant subject. 2. B.Ed or equivalent degree. 3. Proficiency in Hindi and English media.
TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher)
Essential: 1. Four years Integrated degree course OR Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects/combination of subjects. 2. B.Ed or equivalent degree. 3. CTET Paper-II qualified. 4. Proficiency in Hindi and English.
PRT (Primary Teacher)
Essential: 1. Senior Secondary (10+2) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) OR 4-year B.El.Ed. 2. CTET Paper-I qualified. 3. Proficiency in Hindi and English.
Other Posts (Counsellor, Nurse, etc.)
Essential: Relevant Degree/Diploma for the specific post. (e.g., B.A./B.Sc. in Psychology with Diploma for Counsellor; B.Sc Nursing or Diploma for Nurse; BCA/B.Sc(CS)/PGDCA for Computer Instructor).
