Candidates must satisfy the strict educational and age criteria mandated by NFSU. What does “Good Academic Record” mean? It means the candidate must have obtained at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) at the Bachelor’s degree level OR the First Bachelor’s degree obtained in the first attempt/trial.

👨‍🦳 Age Relaxation Rules (Upper Age Limit)

The upper age limit will be relaxed for reserved categories strictly as per Government of India (GoI) Rules:

• SC / ST Category: Relaxable by 5 Years.
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Relaxable by 3 Years.
• PwBD / Disabled Candidates: Relaxable by 10 Years (15 for SC/ST, 13 for OBC).
• Ex-Servicemen: Relaxable as per prevailing GoI norms.

The application fee must be paid strictly via online mode during the SAMARTH portal registration.

📝 Basis of Selection:

• Selection for these administrative posts will be made purely on the basis of merit of marks obtained in the written test and/or Skill Test.
• The University reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates to be called for the Written Test/Skill Test on the basis of a screening test and/or on the basis of experience.
• Merely possessing the minimum qualifications does not confer any right to be called for the exam.
• No TA/DA will be paid by NFSU for attending the Screening Test / Written Test / Skill Test.

⚖️ Terms & Conditions of Employment:

• Probation Period: Every person appointed permanently to a post in the University by direct recruitment shall be on probation for a period of Two Years.
• Job Transferability: Selected candidates may be placed at any of the Campuses of the University (Gandhinagar, Delhi, Goa, Tripura, Bhopal, Dharwad, Guwahati, Pune, etc.). The appointment is transferrable across all Campuses.
• Service Commitment: It would be discretionary for the University not to consider candidates who are not likely to serve the University for a minimum period of 5 years.
• NOC for Govt Employees: Candidates already in service must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) and Vigilance Clearance Certificate from their employer at the time of Document Verification.

Only Online Applications submitted through the dedicated Samarth Portal will be accepted. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications along with separate fees.

1. Visit the Portal: Open your web browser and navigate to the NFSU Samarth Portal: https://nfsunt.samarth.edu.in.
2. Registration: Create a new account by providing a valid Email ID and Mobile Number. Verify the email via OTP.
3. Fill the Application Form: Login and fill out the detailed application form. Enter your personal details, academic records, and experience correctly. (The Application form must be filled out with due care; as no changes will be permitted after submission).
4. Upload Documents: Upload a recent passport-size photograph, signature, matriculation certificate (for age proof), graduation degrees, category certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwBD) issued by competent authorities (like Tahsildar/Mamlatdar).
5. OBC-NCL / EWS Note: The OBC Non-Creamy Layer / EWS certificate must be issued on/after 01-04-2025 and must be valid as of the last date of application.
6. Pay Application Fee: General/OBC/EWS candidates must complete the online payment of ₹500/- plus GST.
7. Final Submit & Print: Submit the application before 23.03.2026 (11:59 PM) and download the final PDF for future reference.
