📢 Walk-in-Interview for ASO, Kanungo, Surveyor & Tehsilder

Exclusive Opportunity for Retired Government Employees of Tripura

The Office of the District Magistrate & Collector, North Tripura, Dharmanagar (Establishment Section) has released an official advertisement (NO.F.4(1-1)/DM/N/ESTT/Part-1/2014-15/280-88) inviting applications for a Walk-in-Interview. This recruitment drive is exclusively targeted at engaging retired Government employees of similar categories on a purely contractual basis for a period of one year.

There are a total of 13 maximum tentative vacancies across various crucial revenue and survey posts, including Assistant Survey Officer (ASO), Kanungo/Revenue Inspector, Surveyor, and Tehsilder/Amin. Eligible retired officials from the Government of Tripura must submit their applications physically by 07th March 2026 and subsequently appear for the Walk-in-Interview scheduled on 10th March 2026. The number of posts indicated below is tentative. The final engagement will be made as per the availability and suitability of the applicants.

• Contract Duration: The engagement shall be purely on a temporary and contractual basis for a period of one year.
• Posting Location: The selected applicants can be posted at any Revenue Sub-Divisions within the North Tripura District.
• Allowances & Perks: No other allowances/pensionary benefits will be paid except the fixed monthly remuneration shown in the table above. The engagement will not confer any right for further continuation.
• Tax Deductions: Necessary taxes will be deducted from the fixed monthly remuneration.
• Termination Rule: The temporary and contractual engagement may be discontinued at any time if the performance is found unsatisfactory by giving a 1 (one) month notice. Furthermore, the process of engagement may be cancelled at any time without assigning any reason.

📝 How to Apply & Walk-in Procedure

Step 1: Document Pre-Submission (Deadline: 07 March 2026)

Interested candidates cannot just walk into the interview. They must first submit an application:

• Submit the application in plain paper (or prescribed format) indicating the name of the post applied for.
• Attach all necessary supporting documents (listed below).
• Submit physically to the Establishment Section of the Collectorate, North Tripura District, Dharmanagar during office hours.
• Last Date for Submission: 07/03/2026.

Step 2: Attend the Walk-in-Interview

After submitting the application, candidates must appear for the interview. The selection will be conducted by members of the District level Interview Board based on an average score.
