✅ Eligibility Criteria
- 🎓 Educational Qualification:
- Matriculation (10th Pass) or its equivalent examination.
- Minimum qualification of Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a recognized University registered under Pharmacy Act 1948.
- OR Bachelor degree (B.Pharm) in Pharmacy.
- 📜 Registration: Applicant must be registered with the State Pharmacy Council.
- 📉 Experience:
- Minimum experience of Two (02) Years as a Pharmacist.
- Experience with PSBs / PSUs / Government Organizations will be given preference.
- 💻 Skills: Basic working knowledge of computers is required.
💰 Salary & Work Hours
- 💵 Remuneration: Fixed @ ₹ 400/- per hour.
- ⏰ Working Hours: Maximum 05 hours per day.
- 📅 Weekly Limit: Not exceeding 30 hours in a week.
- 🚫 Allowances: No other pay, allowance, or perks/facilities are admissible.
- ⏳ Contract Period: Maximum 240 days at a stretch.

- Shortlisting: Based on overall educational qualifications, distance of residence from Bank’s dispensaries, and experience.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- Medical Exam: Selected candidates will undergo a medical examination.
- Document Verification: Verification of original certificates before engagement.
