1. General Manager (Projects) / (E-8)
🎓 Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) with Minimum 60% Marks.
💼 Essential Experience (22 Years): Minimum 22 years of post-qualification experience in renewable energy/power sector. Out of this, 5 years in Project Execution of Renewable/Thermal/Hydro/Wind/Solar. Plus, in the last 5 years, experience in Solar/Wind site execution of min 100 MW capacity.
⚠️ Specific Grade/CTC Criteria:
👉 For PSU/Govt Employees: Must have completed at least 2 years in the pay scale of ₹1,00,000-2,60,000/- (IDA) or Level-13 CDA.
👉 For Private Sector: Must have 2 years of service in a Listed Company or a company with a ₹5000 Cr+ turnover. Must be drawing an annual CTC of ₹50 Lakhs (excluding medical) in the last financial year.
2. Manager (Finance) / (E-4)
🎓 Education: CA OR CMA OR 2-Years Full-Time MBA (Finance Specialization) with minimum 60% marks.
💼 Essential Experience (07 Years): 7 years in an executive position handling Project Financing, Fund Mobilization, Taxation, Treasury, Audit, etc.

👉 For PSU/Govt Employees: Must be working at the level immediately below E-4, with min 2 years experience in E-3 Grade (₹60,000-1,80,000 IDA) or Level-10 CDA.
👉 For Private Sector: Must have 2 years service in a Listed Company or ₹5000 Cr+ turnover company. Must be drawing an annual CTC of ₹15 Lakhs.
3. Senior Accounts Officer / (E-2)
