🎓 Eligibility Criteria (Marks & Age)
1. Education Qualification:
- Full-time B.E./ B.Tech / B.Sc Engineering candidates pass-outs in 2025 OR final-year students (passing out in 2026).
- Candidates who have completed a 3-year diploma and directly joined the 2nd year of engineering (Lateral Entry) are also eligible.
- Must have attended Full-time AICTE/ UGC approved Campus Program.
- Preference: Domicile of Jharkhand, Punjab, Maharashtra, and Odisha.
2. Minimum Marks & Age Limit:

💰 Salary & Emoluments
- 💵 Stipend (During 1 Year Training): All-inclusive Stipend of ₹ 30,000/- per month.
- 🏥 Insurance (During Training):
- Medi-Claim scheme for self only (Hospitalization coverage of ₹ 2,50,000/- per annum).
- OPD coverage of ₹ 6,000/- per annum.
- 💼 After Successful Completion:
- Appointment as Assistant Manager (IL6).
- CTC: INR 7.4 Lakhs per Annum along with other perks and benefits as per company policy.
⚔️ Selection Process
- Online Written Test: Eligible candidates will undergo an online functional domain Test followed by a behavioral assessment.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews either in person or on a virtual medium.
- Document Verification: All necessary documents will be verified on the day of the interview for candidates selected in the written test.
- Medical Checkup: Background Verification and Medical Examination.
⚠️ Note: Training of selected candidates who fail in their Degree programme or are unable to produce the pass certificate by 31st August 2026 will be terminated.
